Services are also available for older people experiencing changes in mobility, function or independence, including people living with dementia, as well as adults receiving palliative care for a life-limiting illness.

The Home and Beyond Difference
Understanding the person comes first.
Every assessment begins with understanding the person—their goals, abilities, environment and the activities that matter to them. This understanding informs practical, evidence-based recommendations tailored to the individual’s circumstances.
More than 20 years' clinical experience
Extensive occupational therapy experience informs every assessment, from careful clinical reasoning through to practical recommendations.
Mobile occupational therapy
Wherever possible, assessments are completed in the person’s home and community, providing a clearer understanding of how they function in everyday life.
Thorough assessment. Practical recommendations.
Each assessment considers the person’s functioning, environment, goals and support needs before practical and appropriate solutions are identified.
Clear, comprehensive reports
Reports clearly communicate assessment findings, clinical reasoning and recommendations to support informed funding and service decisions.
