Eliza has been providing occupational therapy to NDIS participants since 2016, and has gained invaluable knowledge and experience to help participants navigate NDIS processes.
How can Home and Beyond Occupational Therapy assist you?
Eliza provides high quality, person-centred OT supports to help participants reach their goals, and maximise their safety and independence. These OT supports are funded under “Improved Daily Living” in a participant’s plan.
Services may include:
- Assistive Technology - assessment, prescription, setup and training
- Home Modifications (minor and complex) - assessment, prescription, consultation
- Functional Capacity Assessments for access to NDIS, plan reviews, or to identify support needs
- Home & Living Assessments for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) / Supported Independent Living (SIL)
