Eliza grew up in country Victoria, before moving to Melbourne to study. Eliza graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne, in 2002 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She commenced her career working at a large health service in Melbourne in various inpatient and outpatient settings, including rehabilitation and aged care. The practice began in Melbourne and moved when Eliza relocated to the Sunshine Coast with her family in 2018.
